This world-leading employer based in Saudi Arabia but with international operations, is searching for a number of highly experienced, confident and dynamic secretaries / PA’s to join their business. Please note that for cultural reasons within the offices these roles are open only to female applicants.
Complex diary/calendar management.
Organizing travel itineraries, visa applications and handling expenses.
Meeting facilitation including minute taking and composing agendas.
Performing highly confidential administrative duties.
Composition, editing and review of confidential correspondence.
Compilation of statistical information, reports and presentations.
Office management and other secretarial duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
You will require a minimum of six years solid and continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant, providing outstanding high-level support. You will be highly adaptable and possess excellent typing skills (at a minimum of 55 wpm).Shorthand desirable but not essential.You will combine excellent written and oral English with attention to detail, initiative and the ability to thrive under pressure. In addition, you will be fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

The company offers an extensive relocation package to successful applicants where required (applicant only, not family) and provides accommodation whilst employed. Generous holidays, flights, and a tax free salary of approximately $50 -80k USD will be agreed by negotiation, payable in Saudi Riyals monthly.

They require someone who is available from the 24th July till 10th August, spending time with 3 children however only caring for the baby. The hours of this role will be 12 hour days or 24/7 if living in, ensuring you are there when the baby wakes up till she goes to sleep. Having knowledge of London and what activities/places to go is a plus as they may require you to organise certain days.

This will be working solely with a young, very gifted girl aged 6 and will come with good accommodation, use of car, and very supportive working parents. Bermuda is just a 7 hour flight from London, and approximately 2 hours from many cities on the east coast of the USA. It has a very laid back feel, a speed limit of just 22 mph, and is a very sociable and welcoming island. The beaches and warm sea form a big part of the very outdoors life lived by many there.

| Essential Elements | Current /Previous experience (min 3 years in a private household, experience with children 9-16) Excellent written verifiable references, First Aid cert, Clear DBS (ideally on Update service) The children are extremely active/outdoorsy so swimming, sports, outdoorsy and creativity essential. Flexibility with hours due to parent's work - weekends will be needed, but time given off during the week, or other lieu time. Overtime may be paid. Driving licence, confident driver essential. Confident swimmer - sea, pool and from boats essential. |

The role is based between London & Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as well as travel in-between school term times. Having trained at Norland College is a must and you will not be considered should you not have proof of this, The role will suit someone who is career focused and looking for a long term role.
