Our client is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy individual for a position of Personal Wardrobe Manager.
As the Personal Wardrobe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the client’s wardrobe is organized, well-maintained, and always ready for any occasion. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional care for their clothing, accessories, and overall wardrobe management. The ideal candidate must be discreet, trustworthy, and possess a strong work ethic. Russian and English speaking are a must for the role. Italian speaking would be a bonus as well.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of the client’s wardrobe, including clothing, footwear, accessories, and jewellry.
– Create and maintain an inventory system to track the client’s wardrobe items.
– Organize and arrange the wardrobe, ensuring it remains clean, tidy, and easily accessible.
– Coordinate with dry cleaners, tailors, and other service providers to maintain the client’s clothing in optimal condition.
– Maintain open communication with the styling team , providing updates on the client’s wardrobe , upcoming events and specific outfit requirements.
– Collaborate with styling team and the client to periodically assess their wardrobe needs, including identifying items for repair, replacement, or enhancement.
– Keep detailed records of the client’s clothing , sizes, and measurements for efficient wardrobe management.
-Prepare new clothes for fitting
– Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times, respecting the client’s privacy and personal information.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in wardrobe management, personal shopping, or a similar role is highly desirable.
– Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Knowledge of fashion designers, and luxury brands and ability to learn.
– Ability to handle delicate fabrics, high-end garments, and accessories with care.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the client, service providers, and other team members effectively.
– High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and respect for client confidentiality.
– Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
– Physically capable of lifting, sorting, and arranging clothing items as necessary.
– Availability to work flexible hours and travel if needed.
