High Profile family in Monaco is looking for a bilingual nanny (Russian/English) to look after their 6 month old baby girl. French as a 3rd language would be a bonus. This is a rota role: 2 weeks on/off. EU passport needed to work in Europe.

Nanny’s duties:

• Daily Care: Feed, change diapers, manage nap times, and bedtime for the baby.
• Developmental Activities: Engage the baby with playful and educational activities to support their growth.
• Health Monitoring: Keep a daily log of the baby’s activities, developmental milestones, and any concerns. Plus, closely follow the baby’s vaccination schedule and health check-ups, coordinating with us to ensure all medical appointments are met.
• Nutritional Care: Prepare baby food, sterilize bottles, and ensure everything’s healthy and clean.
• Routine Management: Help maintain a consistent daily routine that benefits the baby and fits with the family’s schedule.
• Parental Support: Provide advice and support on infant care, including guidance on developmental expectations.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the baby’s environment is safe and clean, including the baby’s living and play areas.
• Appointments and Outings: Accompany the family to baby-related appointments and outings as needed.
• Baby-Related Housework: Handle baby-related chores, such as laundry and cleaning up after meals.
• Travel: Follow the family during the short-term/long-term trips (frequent)

What You Need:

• Rotation preliminary 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
• Experience and References: Proven baby care experience with references.
• Knowledge: Understanding of baby development stages, especially for a 6-month-old.
• Certifications: CPR and first aid certification for infants.
• Soft Skills: Patience, love for babies, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility: Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, if necessary.
• Background Check: Health clearance and a background check.
• Language: Russian- native, English- advanced, French-nice to have
