We are working with a partner to help find a number of customer service and back-office operators for a company based in Bali. They will provide return flights, permit/visa and temporary accommodation on arrival. There is no sales involved and this is a desk-based role giving the opportunity to earn a great local wage and have enough to live a good lifestyle locally for a year or more.

Experience: Ideally, 1-2 years of office experience is preferred, but recent graduates are also welcome.

Salary: IDR 35,000,000–40,000,000 gross per month (all benefits included). (approx $2000-2400)

Requirement: Candidates must be native-level Spanish, German or Dutch speakers. Nationalities accepted include Spanish, German, and the Netherlands.

Office Location: Bali, Indonesia (working from an office). We are searching for a large number of staff so friends travelling together may also work.

The salary may be lower compared to the European market, but it is sufficient to provide a comfortable living standard in Bali. Thousands of European individuals reside and work in Bali in similar circumstances. This is about lifestyle, change of pace, enjoying the beaches, sea and sun and travelling, rather than earning EU/UK rates.
