Knowledge of Mediterranean, Asian, Russian foods would be a bonus but this client is searching for modern, dynamic presentation of classic Italian cuisine.  Your food photos will need to be sharp, display creativity and vibrant.

Location:  Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Role: Private Chef – Minimum of 3 years experience within formal private households, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine – healthy/nutritious focus but able to work with varied international taste, work as head of a small team, and in conjunction with other household staff.  Preparation of breakfast, lunch and evening meal for family and occasional guests.
Formal Household?  Yes / semi
Days/Hours of work:  5 days x up to 12 hours
Salary Range: £8-10k per month / £90-120k per annum, but negotiable for exactly the right private chef.
Accommodation: Live-in – completely separate apartment provided.
Start date: ASAP – interviews now, start ASAP.
Essential: Minimum of 5 years private chef within VIP households. Consistent roles and excellent references. Vibrant food photos showcasing creativity with Italian cuisine.  Good written and spoken English. Clear DBS/Police check.
Preferred: Mediterranean and Asian styles. Knowledge of Russian language and cuisine, esp bakery, a bonus.
