A Lovely family based in Bermuda are currently searching for an experienced bilingual Nanny (French and English) speaking to care for their 2 year old ASAP. This role is a mix of sole and shared charge, and based on childcare and development as a housekeeper is also employed. There’s also a baby who has a separate nanny but you will be required to help occasionally. The family frequently travels with work, so there may be periods of proxy parenting, so confidence and experience are essential. It’s essential that you are a confident sea and pool swimmer, confident driver (left hand side, speed limit 22mph), and happy to help around the home, run errands etc when possible.

The role will start ASAP and the initial visa will be for 2+ years, so a track record of staying long term within roles is preferred. Knowledge of EYFS and obviously all ages stages from newborn through to primary school are needed.

Location: Bermuda

Role: Experienced or Qualified French speaking Nanny with early years knowledge
Days/Hours of work: 5 or 6 days per week x 10-11 hours, with some overnights.
Salary Range: TBC but approx £4k-5k per month, tax free.
Accommodation: Own room in a separate nanny flat/annexe.
Start date:  Summer 2023

Essential: native level French language, good English. Trustworthy, Active, energetic, engaging nanny. Excellent references from recent roles, previous long term roles essential. Clear Police check/DBS, 1st Aid cert, Fully covid vaccinated for visa, confident driver, swimmer. 3+ recent written references.

Preferred: Able to start ASAP, and happy to commit long term. Happy to do proxy parenting, and very flexible with working extra hours on occasion (paid extra or time off in lieu).
